Definition
Getting rekt means taking a loss big enough to matter. Rug pull on a full-size position, liquidated on high leverage, bought the top right before a -80% week. Crypto culture treats rekt stories as both warnings and dark comedy.
The antidote is position sizing. If a single trade can rekt you, you were already over-leveraged — in size or in ego. 'Bet what you can lose' isn't a slogan, it's the whole risk model.
Examples

Everyone's got a rekt story. People who don't probably aren't trading yet.
