What is Book of Meme? (BOME)

Book of Meme (BOME) is a Solana SPL token, and the simplest way to buy it is on a centralized exchange. As of 15 September 2026, CoinGecko shows live BOME spot pairs on Binance, Bybit, KuCoin, Gate, MEXC, Bitget, LBank, WEEX and KCEX, almost all of them against USDT. Open an account, pass the identity check, deposit fiat or USDT, and buy BOME/USDT.

If you want the tokens in your own wallet, withdraw them on the Solana network and nothing else. BOME has no Ethereum, BNB Chain or Base version, and a withdrawal to an EVM address is lost. Phantom, Solflare and Backpack all hold it.

The on-chain route is a Solana wallet funded with SOL and a swap on Jupiter or Raydium. The main BOME/SOL pool on Raydium held about $15.2 million of liquidity on 15 September 2026. Trading bots such as BonkBot, Photon, Axiom, GMGN and Trojan reach the same pool for an extra fee of around 1%. On 15 September 2026 CoinGecko showed no BOME pair on Coinbase, Kraken, Robinhood, Gemini or Binance.US, so readers in the United States are left with the wallet route. BOME trades about 96.8% below its March 2024 peak and has no product or cash flows behind it. Size any position so that losing all of it is acceptable.

Darkfarms revealed the Book of Meme concept on 12 March 2024 and opened a 24-hour presale the next day. There was no fixed price: buyers sent SOL to a published address, and each received BOME in proportion to their share of the total. The presale collected 10,131 SOL. According to IQ.wiki, the supply of 69,000,000,420 BOME was split 50% to presale buyers, 30% to liquidity and 20% to a community fund, and the pool opened at about $0.0000496 per token. Trading started on Raydium on 14 March 2024.

What followed took two days. Binance announced a listing, and spot trading opened at 12:30 UTC on 16 March 2024 with the Seed Tag that Binance applies to newer, higher-risk tokens. BOME peaked at about $0.0269 earlier that same day. On 15 March Darkfarms had said he would not sell his BOME, calling himself an artist rather than a trader; this page cannot verify what his wallets hold today.

BOME's run set off a wave of copycat presales on Solana. CoinDesk reported on 18 March 2024 that about $100 million had been sent to memecoin presale addresses in 48 hours, and several of those projects ended badly; the developer of one, Slerf, lost the presale funds by mistake. BOME itself spent the next two years sliding. As of 15 September 2026 it trades near $0.00086, about 96.8% below the March 2024 peak and about 56% lower than a year earlier.

BOME's community grew out of Darkfarms' existing following among meme-art and Pepe collectors. The channels CoinGecko lists for it are the X account @Darkfarms1 and the Telegram group t.me/BOOK_OF_MEME. The branding leans on Pepe-style frog art and on the idea of collecting memes in one book, and the early tone was self-aware: its creator called it a shitcoin on day one.

Beyond that, this page will not characterise the community, because nothing published about it can be checked. RugCheck counts about 317,000 holder accounts and Jupiter's token API about 91,900; the two count differently, so treat either number as approximate. Neither tells you how many of those holders are still active.

BOME is an SPL token, so it needs a Solana wallet: Phantom, Solflare and Backpack all hold it. For a position worth more than you would shrug off, pair the wallet with a Ledger so the signing key never touches the browser. Leaving BOME on an exchange means the exchange holds the keys.

Solana wallets simulate a transaction before you sign it. Read the simulation, and treat any site offering BOME airdrops, staking or rewards as a phishing attempt: the token has no staking programme. There is no reversal on Solana; a bad signature is final.

The on-chain figures below were measured on 15 September 2026 and are a snapshot. Re-check them on RugCheck or Solscan before you buy.

BOME's position in 2026 is that of a survivor from the March 2024 Solana cycle: still listed on the largest exchanges, still carrying one of the deeper on-chain pools among Solana memecoins, and still traded every day. That distribution is the whole case for it. The archive and social-platform ideas that came with the launch are not established as working products, so there is no second leg to the story beyond the token and its listings.

The case against it is already visible in the price. Most of the value created in March 2024 is gone, the supply is concentrated in exchange and pool wallets, and the main pool's liquidity is not locked. What happens next depends on attention returning to Solana memecoins and on the big exchanges keeping their listings. Neither can be forecast from the data on this page.
