Mog Coin (MOG) is an Ethereum meme coin built on "mogging" - internet slang, out of looksmaxxing and pickup-artist forums, for visibly outshining someone. The brand is a smug cartoon cat in Pit Viper sunglasses and the community leans into confidence and dominance as a bit. There is no product, no treasury and no roadmap behind it: MOG is a culture token, and it trades like one.

MOG launched on Ethereum in July 2023, a few months after PEPE's parabolic run had rewired how Crypto Twitter thought about memecoin launches. The team was anonymous, the contract was renounced early, and there was no presale or VC round to hold against it.

The meme "mogging" predates the coin by years. It is also roughly 97% off its December 2024 high, which means a return to anything like the old market cap is a multiple, not a recovery. If Ethereum memecoins get another cycle, MOG is in the basket people actually buy.

The bear case is equally simple. There is no product behind the token. The only durable moat is attention, and attention is the most rotated asset in crypto. PEPE keeps most of the Ethereum-cat-frog energy, Solana memecoins keep pulling retail flow, and the next visual joke is always one tweet away. MOG holds if the community stays loud and the meme stays shareable. If either fades, price follows.
